CLEAN UP!

Let’s face it, sometimes real estate agents are faced the hard part of getting a listing that just cannot get cleaned up. This is incredibly common with Rental properties that are for sale where the owner has little control over the cleanliness or declutter. We understand that this can happen and honestly we are ALL over it. Check out some of our before and after images below. Clean up photoshop takes a little extra time and for extensive edits there is an additional charge.

This was a classic case of the photographer and RE agent walking into a space that we had no clue what it was going to be like. The owner of this rental gave ample notice to the tenant. The agent looked at me with defeat and said- we just won’t photograph any interiors. This would have directly affected the listings showings and honestly, I was not willing to sacrifice that.
