1. How soon can I get on your schedule?
Turnaround matters in real estate! I typically book shoots 3–7 days in advance, however, “walk in” type sessions where you can call for same day or next day are available if the schedule allows. Reach out—I’ll always try to accommodate tight timelines when possible. 406-217-5091
2. What’s your turnaround time for images?
All edited, high-resolution images are delivered within 24–72 hours after the shoot. Same-day rush delivery is available for an additional fee. Typically, you can expect them next day.
3. What areas do you serve?
I’m based in Helena, Montana, and serve all surrounding areas—including Bozeman, Great Falls, and Missoula. Travel outside these regions is available upon request. Travel charges are the state mileage reumbursement rate which is 70c per mile. For an accurate quote please send me a message!
4. What’s included in your real estate photography packages?
Every session includes interior and exterior shots, detail images, and MLS-ready, web-optimized files. All images are sent to YOU, and YOU decide what ones to use. Homes typically have between 25-100 images to choose from depending on the size of the home and outside features. You do not pay “per image”, these are included in the total price.
5. Do you offer drone photography?
No! We are currently not a FAA-certified drone photographer, however we are working on getting this certification so we are able to add this onto your RE sessions to make your listings UNFORGETTABLE.
6. Can you photograph rental properties, Airbnbs, or commercial listings?
Absolutely. I photograph all types of spaces—residential homes, vacation rentals, investment properties, commercial buildings, and more.
7. How should I prepare the home before the shoot?

8. What happens if the weather is bad the day of the shoot?
If natural light is impacted by weather, we’ll either reschedule or proceed and enhance images during editing to maintain a bright, clean look. I always work with you to make sure your listing is shown at its best. Remember that cloudy days are actually incredible for real estate pictures, clouds are our best diffuser!
9. Can you photoshop out imperfections or mess?
Minor retouching (cord removal, sky replacement, etc.) is included. Extensive editing (object removal, heavy manipulation) is available for an additional fee. You can see a gallery of some “clean up” here:
